2 Ingredient Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and yogurt in bowl until dough forms.

  2. Cut into 4 pieces and roll into balls. Roll each ball out into a flat round circle.

  3. Heat oil in pan over medium low heat.

  4. Cook each flatbread circle for 3-5 minutes on each side. Flat bread will start to bubble and brown slightly when done cooking.
