2 Ingredient Flatbread
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
Mix flour and yogurt in bowl until dough forms.
Cut into 4 pieces and roll into balls. Roll each ball out into a flat round circle.
Heat oil in pan over medium low heat.
Cook each flatbread circle for 3-5 minutes on each side. Flat bread will start to bubble and brown slightly when done cooking.
