Rainbow Salsa
Ingredients:
2 cans sweet corn, drained
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
3 avocados, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, diced
1 tbsp dried cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup light Itailan dressing
Directions:
MIx all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat!
