Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:

  1. MIx all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

  2. Add peanut butter and honey to bowl and mix until dough forms.

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks!
