Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
MIx all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Add peanut butter and honey to bowl and mix until dough forms.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks!
