Pan Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast cutlets
4 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs, wisked
1/2 cup panko
1 tbsp Jaymo’s Everything seasoning
Directions:
Pound chicken breast with malet until 1/2 inch thick.
Place flour, eggs, and panko into 3 separate bowls.
Mix Jaymo’s seasoning in bowl with panko.
Heat 2 tbsp oil over medium low heat in large pan.
Coat chicken first in flour, then egg, then panko.
Place 2 coated chicken breast into pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Repeat until all chicken is cooked to internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
