Pan Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken breast cutlets

  • 4 tbsp olive oil, divided

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 eggs, wisked

  • 1/2 cup panko

  • 1 tbsp Jaymo’s Everything seasoning

Directions:

  1. Pound chicken breast with malet until 1/2 inch thick.

  2. Place flour, eggs, and panko into 3 separate bowls.

  3. Mix Jaymo’s seasoning in bowl with panko.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil over medium low heat in large pan.

  5. Coat chicken first in flour, then egg, then panko.

  6. Place 2 coated chicken breast into pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.

  7. Repeat until all chicken is cooked to internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
