Molton Chocolate Lava Cake

Quick and easy BUT will really wow your friends and family!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box devil’s food cake

  • 1 can pureed pumpkin

  • 12, 70% dark chocolate Lindor Truffles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In large bowl, combine cake mix and entire can of pumpkin. Mix until smooth batter forms.

  3. Once combined, scoop 1/4 cup batter into greased muffin tin.

  4. Take truffles out of packaging and press 1 down in the center of the batter inside each muffin tin.

  5. Cover truffles with 1/4 cup more batter.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Flip upside down out of muffin tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
